Declan Gibbons BSc MSc AEng MIEI
Declan joined Staveley and Partners in 2018. He is a construction engineer with 20 years of professional experience working on building construction and civil engineering projects. Declan has specialised in providing technical advisory services to public sector clients during the construction phase of projects. He is very experienced dealing with construction contract claims and disputes, land acquisition negotiations, stakeholder liaison, the preparation and evaluation of public works contract tender documentation and fulfilling the client’s site representative role for major civil engineering & maintenance contracts.
