Introducing Funding Forums: our invite-only events

Between the economy, and the trajectory and nature of the construction industry, we all need a little extra protection in our back pockets if we are going to – literally – keep building. That’s why our partners at Tungsten Capital created our claims funding initiative – Anaconda. So, how do you make sure you have an ace up your sleeve?

Protect your business

To be eligible for our no-win, no-fee funding when a claim arises, there are a few criteria you need to meet. Most importantly though, you want to access the process as quickly as possible. There are multiple benefits – including keeping the cost of a claim off the balance sheet and not having to pay any fees from your project to fund the claim and reach a resolution.

To help you get ahead of the game, we have launched our new and exclusive Funding Forum events. At these invite-only, digital events, we explain how our exclusive Claims Funding solution works, and how it can help you resolve disputes on any of your projects, quickly, efficiently, without proceeding to court – all without costing you a penny.

Develop trusted consultancy relationships

The Funding Forum is a digital event, which will occupy 45 minutes of your time on Zoom at a date and time that suits you. You will be one of only a select few attendees – all decision makers from either within your own organisation if you would like to arrange a private company event, or from a select few prestigious businesses.

The purpose of a Funding Forum is to give you a complete understanding of the support you can access if or when you need it. You will meet our team and establish a trusting relationship, so you know you can call on us any time. It gives you an opportunity to ask any questions and know that there is a support system in the wings.

The events are completely free. If you would like to arrange a bespoke forum for you and key members of your organisation, or if you would like to join one of our monthly Funding Forum events, please submit your information by emailing our Marketing and Business Development Manager, Ben Knowles on
